CleanShot Metadata is a free browser-based tool that removes hidden EXIF metadata from photos. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
Your photos
All photo processing happens entirely within your browser. Your photos are never uploaded to any server, transmitted over the internet, or stored anywhere outside your own device. We have no technical ability to access, view, or retain any photos you process using this tool.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal details to use this tool.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this site. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing activity. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies
This site does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party advertising partners (including Google AdSense) may set cookies on your device in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting adssettings.google.com.
